Dr. Teri Carper is Chief of Connected Care at the Orlando VA Medical Center and Chair of the AI Oversight Committee. She earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and completed a fellowship at the National Center for PTSD at VA Boston. She holds a certification in AI in Healthcare from MIT Sloan School of Management. Her work focuses on digital health innovation and the responsible use of AI to improve care for Veterans.
