Description
As AI tools become part of clinical care, there will be times when a model’s recommendation conflicts with a clinician’s judgement. This session explores how to handle that disagreement: when to trust the algorithm, when to rely on clinical experience, and how to weigh the two. It also considers automation bias, accountability for the final decision, and how to communicate uncertainty to colleagues and families.
