Arthur “Art” Douville Jr., MD, is Chief Medical Officer of Medigram and Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Clinical Integration at the Trustworthy Technology & Innovation Consortium (TTIC). A practicing, board-certified neurologist, published author, and former Chief Medical Officer of two health systems, he brings extensive experience in clinical leadership, physician engagement, and patient-centered care.
Dr. Douville combines clinical practice with hands-on involvement in the secure development of healthcare AI, emphasizing ethical design, clinical validation, workflow integration, and patient safety. At Medigram, he helps develop AI governance and evidence infrastructure, while his work with TTIC advances trustworthy technology, accountable human authorization, and clinical oversight.
