As SVP of Innovation & Operational Excellence, Evan is laser-focused on profoundly differentiating Compassus in the eyes of it's clinicians, partners, and patients. He and his team have already solved some of the most challenging problems in home-based care, and he has a multi-year, AI-enabled transformation roadmap aimed at reimagining the entire care delivery life cycle. Evan and his team are generating real impact with AI by focusing first on optimizing the foundational processes that the technology is applied to.

In previous experience, Evan was a Principal in Boston Consulting Group's Healthcare practice, where he helped clients solve complex problems, often with the use of intelligent automation and other technologies. He has also worked at Accenture, supporting a Fortune 10 technology company, and prior to that was an Executive Committee Member for an entrepreneurship development company.

Evan holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business - University of Texas at Austin, and an undergraduate degree from the Berklee College of Music.
