Dr. Joseph Kim is President of Q Synthesis LLC, a healthcare improvement company that works to advance interprofessional collaborative practice. He serves on the Board of the ACHE of Greater Philadelphia and has worked with over 50 hospitals and group practices to improve processes in care delivery. He designs and leads multi-site QI programs with cancer centers and health systems by incorporating EHR-embedded tools, clinical data analytics, and implementation science frameworks. Dr. Kim has served on the board of advisors for Doximity, OncoLens, and other digital health companies. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Dr. Kim holds a BS in engineering from MIT, an MD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, an MPH from UMass Amherst School of Public Health, and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University.
