I build and scale healthcare AI organizations, focusing on the harder question: how these systems get deployed in clinical environments in a way that improves patient outcomes, supports clinicians, and holds up under real-world complexity.

Over the past decade, I have led enterprise transformation across go-to-market, product strategy, and innovation in category-defining clinical AI companies. This includes building commercial and innovation functions from the ground up, launching multi-specialty AI platforms, and driving measurable growth across complex health systems.

Alongside that work, I contribute to how AI is governed and adopted at a national level.

I was invited to testify before the United States Senate on artificial intelligence in healthcare, focusing on safety, workforce impact, and the gap between what AI can do and what health systems are able to deploy responsibly.

I have served as invited faculty with the American College of Cardiology and as an invited presenter in non-sponsored scientific sessions at the Radiological Society of North America, reflecting the need to bridge AI across specialties rather than treat it as siloed innovation.

In parallel, I contribute to Forbes, writing on healthcare AI, regulation, and real-world implementation. The focus is not on what AI could do, but on what it takes to make it work in practice.

My focus is helping organizations move beyond AI experimentation and into sustainable enterprise adoption. That requires more than technology. It requires governance, workflow redesign, leadership alignment, workforce engagement, and systems capable of supporting AI at scale.

At this stage, my work is less about individual products and more about systems: how technology, policy, and clinical practice come together to shape the future of care.
