With a foundation in data analysis and modeling, Alyssa has contributed to the development of innovative strategies within technology-intensive environments. Her experience includes applying simulation techniques to enhance problem-solving and decision-making processes. She brings a focus on integrating human-centered and cognitive AI to improve human-machine interactions.

Prior to their current role at AdventHealth, Alyssa served as Principal Scientist at Aptima, contributing to AI-powered tools aimed at improving decision-making. During their tenure at SoarTech as Lead Scientist, they focused on developing intelligent software to enhance problem-solving for Department of Defense research and development challenges. Her work history includes a previous role as Senior Research Scientist at AdventHealth, demonstrating a commitment to healthcare innovation.

Earlier in their career, Alyssa contributed as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Simulation & Training, focusing on advancing modeling and simulation technology. Her work history also includes assistant management responsibilities at Coach, where they applied team leadership skills.
